There are 6 spokes in the biomass wheel as laid out by ACORE Biomass Coordinating Committee Chairman Bill Holmberg: food, fuel, fiber, feedstocks, feed, and fertilizers. The presentation was very well received by the audience, as both speakers had an important message and piece of the puzzle.
Dan volunteered on behalf of RTE and ACORE to take a leadership role as capacity is building. He has the honor of being invited to serve as the co-Chair of the Food Subcommittee of the Biomass Coordinating Committee of ACORE along with Michael Pollan.
